What is your initial reaction after reading your report? What do these strengths/themes mean to you at this point?
Before you access your StrengthsQuest results, answer
the following questions. Your answers can be from any
part of your life: school, activities, volunteering, work,
hobbies, etc. If you cannot think of an answer for one of
the questions, that is okay, but do your best to answer
three out of the four questions. Be sure to include the
questions with your answers throughout the

4 The best job or project I ever had was…
Once you have answered the questions above, proceed to
the StrengthsQuest website to retrieve your results.
StrengthsQuest creates a personal page for you which
can be accessed by going to: www.strengthsquest.com .
The “sign in” box is in the upper right hand corner. Use the
email address and password you created when you took
the assessment. If you forgot your password, click on the
Account Assistance link for help.
After you have signed into StrengthsQuest, the page
before you is your own personal StrengthsQuest home
page. Your five strengths are listed to the left of the page
under your name. To the right you will find your Signature
Theme Report. Download and carefully READ your
Signature Theme Report.
Under your responses for the questions listed above, (A
time when I…) type the words, My Predicted Top Five
Strengths(bold and underline this heading). Underneath,
type out the five strengths you predicted (from the first
assignment, StrengthsQuest Part I) vertically. Below those
five strengths, type the heading, My Top Five
Strengths and type, vertically, the strengths that appear
on your report. Next to each strength, copy and/or paste
sentences or words from your report that best describe
you for each of the strengths (predicted and from your
report) you have on your page. If other words or phrases
come to mind that others have used to describe your
talents or strengths, you can also include them.
Write your answers to the following questions. Each
response should include 2-3 sentences, minimum.
