The Second Part of The Report is
The second part is that you write 4 different paragraphs
about different promotional methods for 6 months period.
For example, a paragraph about Instagram writes that every
a month from November till April I post pictures about my
product and what are my new products and more.
In another paragraph about Twitter, write that monthly from
November till April I post tweets on Twitter and I answer my
client questions and make up an explanation, please
Another paragraph about the radio, for example, that not
every month there is an advertisement for my business in
the radio, every 2 months and explain more
Another paragraph is about my website, that every 2 months
I update my website by including pictures and much more

The Third Part of The Report is
My classmates and me did a focus group video
What I did is that I brought my product with the packaging
and my business flyer and I did a presentation to my 7
classmates and told them to taste my product and give me
feedback, they actually told me to improve my packaging by
adding paper tissue inside the box so the rocky road wont
melt and use less sugar in the rocky road. I then added a
tissue paper inside the box before selling the product and I
also used less sugar while baking the rocky road. SO what I
mean in this part is that I want you to explain that I did what
my classmates told me in the focus group and please
makeup from your mind more ideas that my friends gave me
while presenting my metallic box packaging that includes
rocky road in it.
I want this part to include explanation about the feedback I
got from my classmates regarding the packaging, taste of my
product and the flyer.

The Fourth Part of the Report is:
Is to identify and analyse the level of customer service
provision based on the selling week
Explain in detail how each of the objectives mentioned in
task 1 ( I ATTACHED TASK 1 AND IT INCLUDES MY
OBJECTIVES IN THE FIRST OR SECOND PART) will be
monitored and measured specifically related to the business.
And finally draft an objective for each P of the marketing
mix ( PRODUCT, PROMOTION, PRICE, PLACE) and you must
use SMART ( SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE, ACHIEVALBE AND
REALISTIC AND TIME BOUND)
