There is considerable flexibility in what students may include in their portfolios. However, in an attempt to standardize the
scoring of these projects, each portfolio will be evaluated on the following dimensions:
_____ Quality of Individual Entries (up to 28 points, or 7 points per entry)
Relevance (2 points): the degree to which the entry clearly relates to the topic of the portfolio
Application (3 points): the degree to which the entry shows masterful links from the concepts to the material
Overall Quality (2 points): the degree to which the entry meets the minimum requirements, is free of
grammar/sentence structure issues are well-written, is easily readable, and reflects a commitment to learning.
